At seven, did you say, When I grow up I want to write and produce  a popular newsletter with over 10,000 contacts that I work to scrub weekly.  I’m looking forward to writing into the wonky and awkward interfaces of Constant Contact or Mail Chimp.  I want to argue over syntax and grammar with my readers who only respond to the mailing if there is an error.  My big goal is a  35 percent open rate!

My seven year old wants to be a unicorn.

Catharine Bramkamp is a successful writing coach and author. She has published over 300 newspaper and magazine articles in publications like Modern Maturity (AARP), SF Chronicle and Santa Rosa Magazine. She was a contributor to two Chicken Soup Books and has published anthologies of her work, non-fiction works and novels. Her work has also appeared in a number of poetry and fiction anthologies. She has experimented with the self-publishing world since 2001.
